Max. D 400 mm, L 6000 mm
Our company provides precise metal cutting services using both semi-automatic band saws and CNC cutting technology. These cutting methods are essential for preparing metal components with high accuracy and efficiency, suitable for a wide range of applications in various industries.
For larger workpieces, we utilize a semi-automatic band saw capable of handling materials with a maximum diameter of 400 mm and a length of up to 6000 mm. This method is ideal for cutting larger metal stocks into precise lengths, ensuring consistency across multiple pieces. Additionally, our CNC cutting services are designed for slightly smaller workpieces, accommodating diameters up to 320 mm and the same maximum length of 6000 mm. CNC technology allows for even greater precision, making it suitable for more intricate cutting requirements.
How It Works
The band saw cutting process involves using a continuous blade looped around wheels, which moves steadily against the workpiece. In semi-automatic mode, the band saw is equipped with automated features that control the speed and feed of the blade, allowing for consistent and accurate cuts on large metal pieces. This method is particularly efficient for cutting thick and large-diameter materials.
CNC cutting, on the other hand, involves the use of computer-controlled machinery that guides the cutting blade with high precision. The CNC system ensures that the blade follows the exact dimensions programmed into the machine, producing cuts that are precise and consistent across multiple parts. This process is highly effective for achieving tight tolerances and complex cuts, making it ideal for high-precision applications.
