GRINDING

Flat surface grinding, round grinding, internal grinding

Grinding is an essential process in metalworking, providing the precision needed to achieve smooth and accurate surfaces on various metal components. Our company specializes in surface, round, and internal grinding, delivering high-quality results that meet the strictest standards. Equipped with modern, high-tech machinery, we ensure that every project is completed with the utmost precision, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.

Our grinding capabilities include flat surface grinding, which can handle workpieces with dimensions up to L 1000 mm, H 400 mm, and W 400 mm. For round grinding, we process parts with a maximum diameter of 200 mm and a length of up to 700 mm. Additionally, our internal grinding services accommodate dimensions up to D 150 mm and L 300 mm, allowing us to handle a wide range of grinding needs.

How It Works

Grinding involves the use of abrasive wheels to remove material from the surface of a workpiece, achieving the desired finish and dimensions. In flat surface grinding, the workpiece is secured on a magnetic chuck or fixture, and the grinding wheel moves back and forth across the surface, creating a smooth, flat finish. Round grinding, also known as cylindrical grinding, rotates the workpiece while the grinding wheel removes material to achieve the required diameter and surface finish. Internal grinding focuses on the inner diameter of the workpiece, where a smaller grinding wheel is used to achieve precision within tight tolerances.
